ABOUT BELGRANO

Belgrano is an early Victorian house built circa 1852 that has undergone a full refurbishment in 2024 to make it a perfect cottage for a wonderful family staycation. With up to 10 guests able to stay in 5 double bedrooms, there is space enough for large and multigenerational families. The position of Belgrano looks down over Matlock Bath and has breath-taking views across the Derwent valley.

Inside the house downstairs is a large living room and large kitchen diner with range cooker and American style fridge-freezer. There is also a downstairs WC and a double bedroom. Upstairs is 4 further double bedrooms and a family bathroom. The master bedroom has dual aspect views and a gorgeous Victorian style roll top bath on a plinth. To the side of the house is a newly landscaped garden which will hosts a large hot tub, al fresco dining area, charcoal BBQ and seating area. What a beautiful place to take in the views! Belgrano retains its Victorian charm whilst having all required for comfortable modern living.
